Rh2020 - timeout error handling

I have a question from the dev team. I guess they only have the answer as it comes under dev area but just checking here.

The application has a timeout for example 6 hrs. The help is integrated in the application.

When the application timesout it asks the user to log in again as it signs out the user. What happens with the help is it does not allow further browsing or navigating to other topics once the timeout is exceeded. The testing team also noticed an instance where the toc remains intact but when the user tries navigating it shows error 403.

The question from the dev team is from within RH do we have any way of handling timeout scenarios?

I think that is one for Support. I have never seen that asked or addressed before.
