RH2020 (update 4): Stop TOC scroll as we scroll on topic

Is it possible to stop the TOC to scroll when we scroll on topic?

I am using the Orange skin for Frameless output.

Can this be achieved by changing any of the paramaeters on the RH2020 UI or do we need to make any change in the CSS?

Do you mean as in the way the header disappears in RoboHelp Tour Introduction (grainge.org)?

If you do, there is already a request logged for the header and the toolbar to be non-scrolling. Otherwise please clarify what is that is not as you want.

Not one I have seen posted. Maybe one of your developers can crack it by looking in the output.
