RH2022 Mini ToC font issue

Can anyone tell me why I keep getting this large letter in my Mini ToC:

You have had issues with the mini toc before. https://community.adobe.com/t5/robohelp-discussions/rh2022-mini-toc-is-using-level-2-heading/td-p/15...

Did you fix them then?

Create a second copy of Studio and leave the default settings. Does that have the problem?

It's not a default setting so you must have customised something.
