RH7 for Word Help F1 key not working

New Here ,
Jul 15, 2010 Jul 15, 2010

I am back and this time my issue really has me puzzled.  I created 9 help files for an older application for each of 9 modules in the application using word and they are .hlp help files (WinHelp 4).  All help modules except one the F1 key works in the application to pull up help...I don't see the difference or why this one module is not working...Help with F1 key help is what I need now as of course...this is the most critical of the 9 modules and it doesn't work...Suggestions?  Places to look for an error and the type of error to look for?  Steps to fix?

Thanks.

Apart from double checking all your mappings, have you tried using the call with the BugHunter running? From memory you can start this from a menu item although as I haven't used WinHelp for years I can't be more specific right now.

I see how to use BugHunter, no problem...

but for the mapping...I am not exactly sure what I am looking for that would point to the F1 key...and I may be looking in the wrong place...I am looking at the HPR file...there are no errors withing RH7 Word that show as an error and "mapping" appears to match...so I think I am looking for something specific and don't know what it is...can you help me?

This is not a RH issue...it is an application bug.
