In previous versions, I could specify a larger window size (exceeding 1024x768px) in the hhp file and then generate the CHM with these settings. Evidently this is not possible anymore with RoboHelp 9? When I change the hhp and save, then generate the CHM, the settings are overwritten by Robohelp.
Can anybody confirm?

There is another thread related to merged CHMs where the root problem is that it does not seem possible in RoboHelp 9 to make changes to the HHP stick.
My guess is this is related.

Contact me via my website. I can send you some instructions that will fix the override.
One question though, you state you did this via the HHP. Why not via the CHM dialog when you compile?

Hi Peter. I cannot find a contact link (or contact info) on http://www.grainge.org/ at the moment; maybe you are revamping your site? I believe I'm running into a need to not have RH9 overwrite the HHP, and it seems like from this post you have a solution? [I also commented on the thread at http://forums.adobe.com/thread/551443?tstart=1 with more information on my assumptions and situation]. Any help would be appreciated.

The menu on my site has an option Contact!
What you are looking for can be found in Item 13 at http://www.grainge.org/pages/authoring/rh9/using_rh9.htm

Hi Peter,
In IE9, the nav bar at the top of your site does not show up, which is why I did not see a contact option/button. When I went to FireFox I had no problem. You may want to investigate how to make your site compatible with the latest Internet Exploder.
My problem wasn't/isn't what's covered in item 13 with merged CHM's I think; I got what should have been the answer in another thread (see http://forums.adobe.com/message/3868456#3868456), but instead of getting the output I expect from my window setup, I get no TriPane buttons, only content. I intend to start a new thread on that (unless my research/experimentation turns up an answer. 😉
Thanks for your reply, and all the effort you put into the Adobe Forums.

This is a short term fix for visiting my site in IE9.
Go to my site first, then press the ALT key and click the Tools menu. Click Compatibility View and the menu will appear.
You will get this problem with many sites.
