Robo help 2022 install failure doesnt continue after SSO authentication

Hi there

i am trying to install RH2022 , my licence is provided by my companys single signon, the installer starts and asked me to login, which i do, in the browser it says i have successfully logged in and i can close the browser to return to the installer.

however the installer doesnt continue it appears to get stuck with no notification of whats going one.

any ideas ?

This post sounds similar. Could it be your corporate firewall blocking adobe sites?
