I was previously using RoboHelp 8 on Windows 7 64-bit. Yesterday, I uninstalled RoboHelp 8, and installed Technical Communication Suite 5, selecting RoboHelp 11, Acrobat, and Captivate. Is there an easy way to fix this? I have tried running it as Administrator and not as Administrator, and it made no difference.

Rh must be installed with local admin rights but even if not, it should not crash.
I would uninstall and try again. If it still fails, support for installation is free.

I performed a re-install, ensuring that I ran it as Administrator, and the crashing problem persists. All the other applications run fine. It is just RoboHelp 11 that crashes.

This is not a common situation and I really do think your best option is to contact Adobe.

Well, I tried creating a new local account, and it ran properly, so I suspect the issue is related to my current account, and some setting Rh is unhappy with. I have been deleting old Rh stuff, but so far, no luck. I will post here if I figure it out.
