When I start RoboHelp, I was always clicking on open, and choosing the project file I want to work on. But today when I clicked on Open, nothing happened...it just freezed down, and I could not even close the program. If there are options or ideas why this happens...I woudl really appreciate for sharing. Thank you!

Does this only happen with a specific project or does it always occur? Can you remove the .CPD file from the project folder and try again? Does that help?
