RoboHelp 2015 - Expanded TOC

I've created a project and the output is WebHelp. Can I display the TOC in an expanded format automatically?

There are only two ways I'm aware of to accomplish this.

Method one involves using the "Section 508" option. But if you do that, you lose the skinning and the dynamic Index and Search.

The other involves creating a TOC that has no books and only pages.
