You want to look at "Printed Documentation" as a subject in RH. What version of RH are you running? Classic or New UI?

I using the new version UI. its not printed documentation i need to export a single topic to word document format.

That's how you can get a Word doc out of RH

Create a new TOC with just the topic you want to print. Select that in the Word preset.

Try the same thing in the RoboHelp Reimagined sample project.

The RoboHelp Reimagined sample has a topic explaining how to create a Word output.

Have you got on top of this now.

The Word Output topic shows you how to create a DOCX file. Before you go to that you need a TOC with just the topic you want to print. In the Word preset, you select that topic.
