Robohelp 2022 version having issue in importing the word document. The importing status remain in progress continuously and doesnt stop. Word file also doesnt get imported remains empty. Please assist.

Is that 2022.0, 2022.1 or 2022.2? I doubt it will make any difference on this one but best to check.

1. Create a new project with no other content. This is just to find out where the issue is in the Word document. 
2. Create a copy of your document and then split the copy into two documents with the first half of the content and the second half.
3. Import the first half. 

• If the first half didn't work, split that into two and keep going until you find the issue in it.
• If the first half did work, repeat the steps with the second half.
• If both worked, post back.

Hi Peter, 

Thanks for reponding. My current version of Robohelp was 2022.0.346. I did patch update now to the latest version. This is working fine now.

Version update would resolve this issue.
