I see the pane for creating the TOC, but where is the pane to view and create an Index manually Email

Hi opublish2 and welcome to our community

First, click View > Pods > Project Manager.
Inside the Project Manager pod should be the Index pseudo folder. Expand it and double-click the index file. The Index Designer should display.
