Robohelp 8 and external PDF files

I would like to know if RH 8 allows to create easily TOC links and contextual links to an external PDF files (on the hard disk or on a server).

Sorry, I forgot to mention an important thing; I must compile only HTML help. Can I do easily link to external PDF (or other documents) with this format and RH8?
