RoboHelp 8 and IE9

Hi,

One of my users is not seeing certain text when browsing in IE9. Is RoboHelp 8 supported in IE9? How can I surmount this problem?

I'm presuming you're creating WebHelp - have you tried using other browsers to see if there's an issue?

With IE8, it's okay.

Okaay...what about FF, Chrome? Anything special happening on the pages where it appears to choke?

Will check a bit later re FF, Chrome.

The lines that are not being displayed are preceded by bullets..but I have tons of bullets on other pages which display just fine.

Is it a different bullet image? Maybe it's not being included in the Baggage files.

Screen captures would be nice.

• What it looks like in Design view
• Select some of the text that doesn't show up and show what it looks like in HTML view
• What it looks like in Preview
