robohelp 8 long topics open showing bottom of topic instead of the top

Does anyone know how I avoid this problem - when I open long topics, they open displaying whatever fits on the screen from the bottom up, so the title and breadcrumbs, etc. are not in view. TIA for any suggestions.

How are you opening the topic? Can you give us a screenshot of what you're talking about? What output type & version of RH?

I'm using RH8, and the problem occurs whether I generate a chm or web help. I need to scroll up to see top of topic. Thanks for any advice.

How are you opening the topic?

From the TOC?

From the Index?

From the Search?

From a link in another topic?

It sounds like whatever you are doing you are linking to a bookmark (named anchor) part way down the page.
