Robohelp 8 Outputs corrupted AIR Package file

New Here ,

I have created an AIR Program file of a RoboHELP project. When I try to install it, at the end of the progressbar I keep getting an error that my "AIR setup file is corrupted, please get it again from the publisher". My project has lots of pdfs linked and a big FLV video. The AIR package comes out to be about 800MB, could this be the reason? But why does RH8 corrupt the packaging?

I'm using Windows XP and I have tried the AIR setup on Windows 7 too, with the same error. Can anyone please help me fix this? This is very very important.

According to the .airappinstall.log, the error is:

[ErrorEvent type="error" bubbles=false cancelable=false eventPhase=2 text="truncated or corrupt" errorID=0]

why does it say that the AIR setup is truncated or corrupted? I have tried to output it atleast 15 times. I have also installed and reinstalled AIR runtime. Any help with this matter would be most appreciated.

Below is the .airappinstall.log:

Starting app install of file:///D:/Final/installer432.air
UI SWF load is complete
UI initialized
Unpackaging to C:\Documents and Settings\Helicop Aviation\Local Settings\Temp\fla81FB.tmp
failed while unpackaging: [ErrorEvent type="error" bubbles=false cancelable=false eventPhase=2 text="truncated or corrupt" errorID=0]
starting cleanup of temporary files
application installer exiting

I am wondering it you tried a WebHelp build first?

My Air project works well, but my total file size is less than 25meg for the .AIR

Ciao
