Robohelp Database - what file is it?

Explorer ,
Nov 07, 2012 Nov 07, 2012

When experimenting with RH9 and trying to locate why certain things do not works as expected, I often notice that RH stores some information that is not visible directly in accompanying files, instead it appears that RH stores its "knowledge" somewhere in a database. Is that true and could one delete this database when one wants to have absolute "fresh" conditions

without any stored history or something like that?

The projectname.cpd file is the file in question and yes it can be safely deleted. In fact there is an option (Tools > Options) to do just this. If the file is not present when you open the project it rebuilds it.
