RoboHelp displays folder content instead help topic

New Here ,

From time to time, while testing WebHelp from my application after help request I am getting help window with a proper title but instead of the help topic, help displays the content of the WebHelp folder.

I am not getting any detailed information about an error.

Have you got a screenshot? Where is the help hosted? Does the browser you use make any difference?

I reported a bug that did the same well over a year ago. I think it was just a certain version of a certain browser, and I'm thinking it was edge or IE. Have you tried a different browser? Which skin are you using? I'll see if I can find my original post about it.

Thanks very much for your response. I am using WebHelp, tried in IE 11 and chrome, did not test it in Edge.

I am going to do testing for Edge as well.
