Hi-I have v9 of RoboHelp. I installed version 11 to try it out and now neither version will open. Any suggestions?

First rule of thumb about trials is never install them on production machines. Without knowing how you’re trying to open them, I’d say that the best solution is to uninstall RH11, test to see if that frees up RH9 & if it doesn’t uninstall/reinstall RH9 again.
