Hello,
Sorry for this issue, but I have it till today, and I've found no way to correct this.
What has been done:
Initially, I've installed RoboHelp on an office 2003. As it was quite buggy, I've installed office 2010 and robohelp was stronger.
Today, I had a strange message telling me about security stuff on Microsoft office, when I've tried to open my project.
Till then, when I open a project, Word 2010 is launched with correct contents but Robohelp tells me it is not possible to start microsoft word.
When I open a new project, the new project is generated correctly in Word, but, Robohelp still telling me that word can not be launched.
What I use:
- RoboHelp for Word 9.0 updated in 9.0.2
What I've tried:
- Uninstall many times to uninstall/reinstall Robohelp -> NOK
- Check in regedit if the RoboHelp paths are correct -> corrected and still NOK
- Uninstall Office 2010, uninstall Robohelp, install office 2010, install Robohelp, applied the last patches -> NOK
- Checked if robohelp.dot was in my project directory -> not existed and NOK
- Copied robohelp.dot from installation to the template directory -> NOK
So, no solutions worked and I don't know what I can do further.
Any ideas?
Thanks.
Philippe.

I'm not a RoboHelp for Word user so I'm not sure I can help. Do you have the correct version of Word specified in Tools > Options. Beyond that I think you might have to contact Adobe.
See www.grainge.org for RoboHelp and Authoring tips

Hello,
I've forgotten the word version is good in Tools...
How can I contact Adobe?
Actually, I've seen a phone number but as I'm in France, I didn't find the way to contact them. Is there an e-mail address or something for users that have a licence?
Thanks anyway.
Philippe.
