RoboHelp hangs / stops when printing pdf

When selecting generate pdf RH stops while processing files and has to close. When I view the output screen, I can see that it gets as far as processing the title page- then I get the message that RoboHelp has experienced an error and has to close (and asks me if I want to send a report).
I checked Word and all macros are enabled...I have TONS of hard drive space available....this has worked in the past but now?

Known problem. Affects some PCs only. I see it on some and not others.

The only solution is to create the Word document and create the PDF from there.

Please report it.

Thanks- how do you create the Word document? Is it in the batch mode?

In the printed documentation wizard (Single source layouts), the first field is PDF, deselect that, the second field is Word Doc, select that.
