Hi,

I have several topic pages prepared that I don't want to publish with my current version of online help. I don't want to delete the pages because they will be incorporated in a later version release. Is there a way to not publish certain topic pages without deleting them? - should I just create a folder in the tree for non-published topics in a location apart from the published help files?

Many thanks,

Donna

Create a conditional build tag called something like ExcludeFromPublication. Apply it to the topics.

When you generate the help, create a build expression NOT ExcludeFromPublication.
