RoboHelp Installation

While generating .chm on RoboHelp HTML application, I am facing a strange problem - the application is not performing any action when I select generate .chm (my primary layout for a project). Does it have any dependency over the MS HTML Workshop or something for .chm generation? Someone... Please enlighten me as to what can be done to overcome this.

(It is not showing up any clue / error even.)

First step is to try to generate from another project to see whether it is an installation issue or a project issue.

Use one of the supplied sample projects.
