I read abbout skins and there is no reference to skins in version 2022.3.93. Is ehre another link for help with version 2022.3? Where can I change the graphics in my project?

When Adobe will do good help is one of the great unanswered questions of the universe. What you get when you press F1 is what they consider "latest" as near as I can tell.

The skins got renamed in the initial release of RH2022. They're now called Templates. I don't think the interface changed much, so this page for Frameless skins (which you can now only find via search) should be broadly speaking accurate still: https://helpx.adobe.com/robohelp/using/frameless-skin-editor.html . If you're not using Frameless, we generally suggest looking at switching to it, as the editor provides more comprehensive customisation options and it looks like Adobe is focussing most of their effort there.
