RoboHelp Screen Layout Problem

I have several screen layouts to choose from in RH2015.  I am unable to edit them.  The edit option is greyed out.  Can someone help me to make them editable?

Can you share a screen capture of something showing exactly how you are trying to edit them?

What are you trying to change?

I don't have a capture handy.  I CAN enter the edit mode and subsequent window for colors and such on the "Grey Charcoal" layout.  All other layouts and even ones i downloaded from Adobe site have edit greyed out?
