RoboHelp Server 9 Error Message: 'No default window for the v1.0 project'

After loading my online help project to RoboHelp Server 9 I found the following error message: No default window for the project.  What does this mean?  How can I correct the error?

Welcome to the RH community. This is normally caused by a missing window inside the RH project published to the server. Check that you have a window in the Project Setup tab inside RH and then ensure it is selected in the properties of your WebHelp Pro single source layout.
