We've found a quick fix which seems to have worked. If you go
into the Windows Services and go to the properties for the RoboHelp
Server Service you can set up recovery options. You can tell it to
restart the service if it goes down, and it gives you the option to
do this for a 2nd crash, and subsequent crashes. Since we've set
this option it has seemed to be perfect. This probably isn't an
ideal fix, but I guess if it makes it so the help is available for
users, then it's what has to be done.
