Hello Everyone,
I recently installed Robohelp 2020 on my new laptop, when I start it, I see initializing, it disappears, and after that Robohelp remains stuck at the Splash Screen. I have the same version in my other laptop and it works fine.
I uninstalled this, and installed 2022 version (I am using Windows 11 in the new laptop), same issue with 2022 version, I have tried opeing it with admin rights, and also tried reinstalling it multiple times, but nothing has helped me start Robohelp. Please help me out.
Regards,
Mesum Haider

I guess you also installed with admin rights as that is essential.
2020 wasn't certified for Windows 11 but 2022 is. I haven't seen this issue reported so I think you are going to have to go to Adobe Support as they will likely need to look at your machine for this. See https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your Adobe Support options. The email link tcssup@adobe.com is recommended as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including RoboHelp.
Whilst Adobe is generally shutdown over the holiday, I believe Support are still operating. You could also try @AdobeCare on Twitter.
