Robohelp7 fails to generate winhelp 2000

Hii,

I am using Robohelp7 for generating Winhelp 2000 file. I converted a Word document (7 MB) and am trying to generate the help file. The generation process stops at reading the .rtf file and the message of failure is displayed. Error Wizard doesn't show any errors. The .rtf file is around 300 MB in size. Help me please.
