I'm using Robohelp9 and am attempting to tag content using the conditional build tagging feature; However, tagged content is not highliting once tagged and when generating layouts to test if the content has been excluded I'm finding that the content marked with the conditional build tag is still being included in the recompiled file on generate view/layout despite having defined the conditional build tag expression as "Exclude from output" in the Adobe AIR format. Has anyone else experienced this? If so how did you get it to work?
Hi there
If you click View > Show > Conditional areas do they reveal themselves?
Difficult to speculate further without seeing and knowing more about your project. Such as exactly how the tag(s) has/have been applied and the expression you are using.

Yes that was the issue -- I did not have conditional areas showing.
Thanks a million.

Ok, I’m confused – you’re trying to tag content with CBTs – are you conditioning lines within topics or entire topics? I do both in one of my projects and they work fine when I create locally-installed AIR Help. Maybe some screenshots would help – use the camera icon in the Forum’s web interface.
