RoboScreenCapture Menus disappeared

Somehow or another I have managed to "hide" all the toolbars and I can't see how to get them back. All I can get to is the context-menu that is available from the top-frame and it only has capture controls. How do I reset RoboScreenCapture so that I can see the menu bars again?

If you press Alt+V do you get a menu somewhere?
