Safely remove project from TFS source control temporarily

Guest

Adobe TCS support asked me to upload files to them for analysis in relation to a problem, so I did.

The project is under TFS source control, and now Adobe has come back asking for the files WITHOUT the version control.

Not surprisingly for Adobe, they have not given me the procedure for doing what they are asking me to do.

Can someone please advise how to proceed?

Hi,

You probably don't want to remove the project from source control. Instead you can create a copy of the project without source control. Copy your project folder on your hard disk and then follow Rick's instructions (http://www.robowizard.com/RoboWizard/NewProject.htm#MonthlyScry/102004.htm) to remove the source control link.

Greet,

Willam
