In RoboHelp 7, Save without Prompt is not checked in
Tools/Options/General tab. However, when I edit a topic, then open
another topic without saving, I am not prompted to save. Is this a
bug?

This is normal because RoboHelp 7 has a Multiple Document
Interface (MDI). Opening another topic just adds a new tab to the
Document pad. You won't be prompted until you choose to close the
other document.
