No, not to my knowledge. But if you use Dreamweaver in conjunction with RoboHelp, I do believe there is an add in for Dreamweaver that can be used to create the SCORM manifest file.
For those of you RoboHelpers out there that may be scratching their heads and wondering what SCORM is, it's a protocol used with a Learning Management System (LMS). The acronym itself means Sharable Content Object Reference Model. We see the term all the time with Captivate, but it's probably foreign to most RoboHelp users.
