Screen Layout page xml file (RoboHelp 2017)

I was trying to customize the Screen Layout Page for the homepage xml file to include whether html or a specific topic content, is there anyway to do so?

Reviewed by who? This is a user-to-user forum. What are you trying to accomplish? Maybe some screenshots of what you want to do would be more useful.
