scripts not working when upgraded to robohelp 2015

I recently upgraded our documentation from RoboHelp 2010 to 2015. Some of the topics include scripts to open documents in a new browser window. After the upgrade those scripts no longer work. Here is a copy of one of the upgraded scripts, can you tell me what I am doing wrong?

Which output are you creating? - I can gather browsers not liking having popups automatically being opened. If you set the script to run on a mouse click, it will probably work.
