Search fails to produce results

The search fails to produce results for a word which exists in almost all files of my project in RoboHelp7. Does it have something to do with the spelling? the word is "hypothèque"

In other words, does anyone know how to lower the relevance threshold of the search engine in RoboHelp 7?
