Hello community!
How can we see our search results and successfully filter?
Thanks for any help.
Delete the whx folder on the server and publish again
I think that is covered in RoboHelp Gems on my site

I am using RH 2202.4.179, and I am also generating frameless help. I occasionally get search results like that, too, where I see a count of matches but no matching topics are listed. For me, it does not happen all the time. I think clearing the cache helps.

Fixed up your post to reflect the right version of RH (don't want to confuse future viewers of the post with the marketing version vs. internal version). You don't mention your patch version, but you might want to try experimenting with the just-released Patch 5 one. Are you noticing the effect if you test it all locally instead of on your web server? If it doesn't misbehave locally, then chances are it's something to do with caching on the web server.

Thanks so much.
Is there a recommended cache config?

Sorry, no idea - maybe your IT needs to look into it from an IIS setting point of view?
