Search topics not displaying in output

New Here ,

Hi,

None of the topics are showing up in search.  I'll search for a single word that I know is in there multiple times and it still shows "no topics". It started happening out of no where, as it was working a few days ago and nothing has changed.  We host the RH files on the app server, not on a RH server and they (the app) had an upgrade last week.  Could this be causing the issue?

Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!

Please see Before You Post. What version of RH? What edition (RH HTML or RH for Word)? Do you have all patches applied?

We ask people to include that information as it can affect the answer and in this case it does. If using RH8 HTML, apply patch 801 to fix this problem. If you do not have that patch applied, then by definition you do not have 802 applied. See the announcement on the RH HTML forum, where this post should likely have been made, for information about that. See Which forum should I post in for details of where posts should be made.

I'm not trying to be picky. These points are made for your benefit, not mine.
