Hi there,

This query is regarding RoboHelp 2017. On the cover page, I have some text and an image. I want to send the image behind the text on the page. There are options to keep the text at the left, right and above and below the image.

I tried adding the image on the master page and applied that master for the cover page topic, but it did not work.

Please, could you suggest if there is any other option?

Regards,

Nagraj

Hi there

What you need to do here is configure some CSS. From the Project Manager pod, expand the CSS folder and double-click the CSS the page is using. Incidentally, if you only want this on one page, it's likely best to configure a CSS file just for that page.

Once you do this, another dialog named Styles should present itself. Inside that dialog on the left side at the bottom, expand "Other", then click "Background + Text(BODY)" to select it. Then click the Format button in the lower left and choose Borders and Shading...

Now you should have a dialog named "Borders and Shading" open. Click the Shading tab. Then you should see an area labeled: Pattern. There should be an icon that look like SpyGlasses. Click it and a file browser should open allowing you to browse to and select the desired image.

After you have found the image and selected it, close out all the dialogs and your page should now have the desired image behind all the text.

Keep us all posted on how you make out or if you have any other questions.

Cheers... Rick 🙂
