Shading style for drop-down text

Is it possible to create a style that will shade the area in which drop-down text appears? I created several styles that have shaded text, however the shading is interrupted when there is a line break.

The following screenshot illustrates what the text looks like when there are line breaks.

The following screenshot illustrates what I would like the drop-down to look like. So far, I've only been able to do this using a table.

Hi,

You can set this in your style sheet. Go to Project Manager > Style sheets and open your style sheet. Go to Other > Drop-down text. Then select a fill colour.
