When I generate a Help file and choose any of the skin selections (I want to use Charcoal Gray), the resulting output always is the same. I get a bright cyan blue header with white text. I tried choosing New Frameless Skin > Dark to see if the output generated was different. It was not.
Are you selecting that skin in the preset? I assume you are seeing the new skin when selected, just not when you generate.
