slow project

I have an RH8 project which takes

7 minutes to open. I'd like to try to find the culprit and

was going to start removing parts of the project and see if I can identify

anything bad. I've already recreated the cpd file several times. It was suggested here

by Peter, I believe, to try this method I described. My question regards what is the best way of approaching this? Can I delete whole folders at a time or should I start small by deleting html files?

I believe the usual method is big chunks. So take a copy of your project and delete half the project. See how it runs. If it's fine, take another original copy and delete the other half. Keep going on the bad half to narrow down the problem area.
