No I have not seen that one reported before.
Is your project on a network, other than under source
control. If it is, that is likely the cause. Move it to your local
drive and try again.
After that I would first try right clicking Single Source
Layouts and creating a new print layout.
If that fails, create a new project with just a few topics
and try to generate a print output from that.
If that succeeds, post back and we'll try to identify what is
wrong with your project.
If the new project also fails, I think I would then uninstall
and reinstall RoboHelp.
