Styling Text-only Popups

Can yone tell me if it's possible to style text-only popups outside of RoboHelp (i.e. instead of using the Text Popup Properties dialog box in RoboHelp). I'd like to be able to remove the shadow, reduce the border width, amend the colour of the text-only popup links, etc.

What you see is what you get with RoboHelp. You can try hacking RoboHelp's generated code or you might want to try looking at something called "Overlib".
