New Here ,
Jun 06, 2023 Jun 06, 2023

Guten Tag,

  • Verwendete RoboHelp-Version: 2020.8.34
  • HTML-Viewer: Firefox und Microsoft Edge (in beiden Browsern reproduzierbar

freundliche Grüße

R.

I have not seen this or any reports of it. If no one comes along with an answer I can only suggest trying Adobe Support. See https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your Adobe Support options. The email link tcssup@adobe.com is recommended as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including RoboHelp.

I'd try going to RH2022.2 as an experiment - even if the RH folks fix something, it's not going to be going back to RH2020.
