The robohelp 10 HTML help did not create generate chm file

Is there any limit of pictures in the word doc. that the HTML Help could not generate the chm file? It said "HtmlHelp file has been generated" but there is nothing in the folder !SSL!. The result screen showed that it stop at the thrid line "Starting compilation..." Please help!

You mention a Word document. Are you using RoboHelp for Word to generate a CHM file? If so, it would be better to use the RoboHelp HTML application to create your CHM.
