Hi,
I have added a title to my output preset, but it disappears in the search results in my frameless output. In the screen below, the help added as a title via my output preset disappears in the search results, as shown in the second screen. Is there any solution/workaround that can be provided?
Thanks,
Anand

Sorry but I can't work out what you mean from that screenshot.

Me neither - first let's start with the exact version of RH that you're using. Then what frameless theme you've used. Is it behaving the same if you try it with one of the sample projects?

Hi,
I am using RoboHelp v2022.6.34 and using the Orange temple/preset, I was able to generate the frameless help output. While viewing the output, I am unable to find the "Help" on the second screen when viewing search results. Could there be any specific reason why this disappears, or is this the expected behaviour?
I have revised the screenshots.

Hi @Jeff_Coatsworth ,
In response to your question, "Is it behaving the same if you try it with one of the sample projects?" the answer is no. Does this mean we should regard the functionality of the sample projects as final and correct, or is it simply the expected behavior?
Thanks,
Anand

Where @Jeff_Coatsworth is, he will be asleep.
The sample projects work correctly so I think your next step is to create a new simple project with the default CSS and so on. Do they show the problem? If not apply your CSS only first and test again. If still OK, then import your template and test again.
What I'm hoping you can achieve is seeing the problem in a project where you can get screenshots without all that pixelation.

No, the reason we ask if some behaviour is happening in the sample projects is that if it is, then it could be a RH problem, but if it's not happening in them, then it points to an issue with YOUR project.

Is the issue as simple as when the search results are shown, they site on top of the topic that was being displayed as shown below?
If so, there is no way of hiding that. How would you want the results to be shown? Also if someone is searching, the topic they are looking at is not giving them what they want and they have had time to read it.
Beyond that, I'm still lost. Your screenshots are too pixelated to follow.

Perhaps first add a fresh copy of your template to your main project to see if the problem still occurs.

Hi @Peter Grainge ,
I added the template I created to the main project, but I still get the same result. Also, I get the same result via the sample projects that Adobe provides.
Thanks,
Anand

You said earlier that you didn't get the same problem in a sample project. No you say you do get the same result. Which is it? Please test in About RoboHelp.
You have created a new template in your main project and still get the problem when you select that in the preset.
What about if you create a new project as I suggested? Show the problem in About RoboHelp if you did get the issue there. Right now I don't follow what the issue is because of your pixelated screenshots.

Hi @Peter Grainge ,
I apologize for the mistake in my previous statement.
In response to Jeff's question, "Is it behaving the same if you try it with one of the sample projects?" the correct answer is "yes": the template functions the same way as in the project I generated. I have attached a video of the sample project along with a screenshot for your reference.
Attached is the sample project and the sample project video file (2025-11-24 12 04 48.mp4)

Does it happen if you use a different template?

Yes @Jeff_Coatsworth , the template works in the same way for the orange one I created.
Thanks,
Anand

Now we can see what you mean. There is no fix but I know the search bar has changes in the next update. Maybe that is one of them.
