There are no Windows controls in the new RoboHelp version 2020.4.173

I cannot minimize the window in RoboHelp version 2020.4.173. Is this intentional or did something go wrong with the update?

I have installed it on three machines without any problem. I am wondering if you have put it in Full Screen mode. Toggle the F11 key or go to the View menu.
