TOC Conditional Build Tags

I am considering upgrading from Robohelp version X5 to version 7. I was actually really interested in the feature offered by version 6 that would allow conditional build tags to be assigned to TOC entries. Is this feature available in version 7 also? I'm sure this is a sillly question, but I just want to be certain. I could not find this information anywhere online.
